Complete Bidding Documents may be obtained from Ace Digital Printing 1324 Youree Drive Shreveport,
Louisiana upon receipt of $ 100.00 for each set of documents. If Bidder wants the documents to be sent to
them, there will be a shipping and handling fee of $50.00 charged to the bidder. PRIME BIDDERS are
required to obtain an original set of bidding documents from the designer. Deposit is fully refundable to
all bonafide prime bidders who submit a bid upon return of the documents, in good condition no later than ten
(10) days after receipt of bids. Bidding documents will be available in the office of the Designer on or about
February 6th, 2025. NOTE: LOUISIANA LICENSED CONTRACTOR REQUIRED FOR THIS PROJECT
WITH A MAJOR CLASSIFICATION AS BUILDING CONSTRUCTION.
